The Sleek Space Mod 72-Hour Quality Guarantee We believe in our products and want you to sleep better and do better! Because we carry large-scale furniture and hygienic bedding, we do not offer long-term "comfort trials." However, we provide a 72-hour satisfaction window from the time of delivery to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.
Damages and Issues (Our Responsibility) Please inspect your order immediately. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at team@sleekspacemod.com within 72 hours.

How to Handle Damaged Shipments If your delivery arrives visibly crushed or damaged, you have the right to refuse the shipment at the door. If a driver leaves a damaged package while you are away, do not open it. Contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the "Return to Sender" process for UPS or FedEx to ensure you aren't held liable for the damage.
