Free Standard Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Whether you are ordering a Sleek Space Mod mattress, a premium GhostBed, or large furniture items, the price you see at checkout is your final price.
Shipping Methods & Carriers To provide the most efficient service, we utilize a variety of specialized carriers depending on the size and weight of your items:

Mattresses & Small Parcels: Typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Large Furniture & Bulky Items: These are often handled by specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.
Threshold Delivery Disclaimer Our free shipping covers Standard Threshold Delivery. This means:

For parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx), the package will be left at your front door or porch.

For freight shipments (Large furniture), delivery is "curbside" or to the first dry area of your residence (like a garage or front door).

Note: We do not currently offer "White Glove" service, inside delivery, or old mattress removal. Customers are responsible for moving items into their residence and disposing of packaging.
Estimated Processing & Transit Times

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Transit Time: Once shipped, items typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Multiple Shipments: Because we ship from various specialized warehouses across the country, items in the same order may arrive in separate boxes and on different days. You will receive tracking information for each individual shipment.
Delivery Inspection (Crucial) For large items and freight deliveries, please inspect the box before the driver leaves.

If the box is visibly crushed, torn, or damaged, please refuse the shipment and mark it as "Damaged" with the driver.

If you notice damage after the driver has left, do not open the product and notify us at team@sleekspacemod.com within 72 hours.
How to Handle Damaged Shipments If your delivery arrives visibly crushed or damaged, you have the right to refuse the shipment at the door. If a driver leaves a damaged package while you are away, do not open it. Contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the "Return to Sender" process for UPS or FedEx to ensure you aren't held liable for the damage.
Damaged Shipments Refusal Tips If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, the best course of action is to refuse the shipment.

If you are present for delivery: Refuse the package and tell the driver it is "Damaged." Do not sign for it.

If the package was dropped off while you were away: Do not open the box. You generally have up to 5 business days to refuse a delivery that was left on your doorstep.

UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 or use UPS My Choice to select "Return to Sender - Damaged."

FedEx: Call 1-800-463-3339 or take the unopened box to a FedEx station and mark it "REFUSED - DAMAGED."

Action: Take photos of the box as it was left on your porch and the shipping label before returning it.
